David Terry Invited to Speak at Solo and Small Firm Conference

David Terry of the Terry Law Firm, L.L.C. has been asked to give a presentation on the state of nursing home litigation at one of the largest continuing legal education conferences in Missouri. The Solo and Small Firm Conference will be held at Tan-Tar-A Resort - Osage Beach on June 11 - 13, 2009. David's topic is entitled "Safekeeping Elders: How to Take on the Negligent Nursing Home". In addition to general information on how to invesitgate and develop a legal case against a nursing home facility, David will discuss how the era of tort reform and artificial damage caps affect pursuing cases against the nursing home industry. This will mark the second time David has given a presentation on nursing home abuse and neglect at this popular conference.
