C.N. was a back seat passenger in a vehicle being driven by a friend.  Another friend was a passenger in the front seat.  While driving in St. Louis City, Missouri, a drunk driver crashed into their vehicle in a head-on collision.  Both of C.N.'s friends were instantly killed.  C.N. suffered extensive physical injuries.  After months of rehabilitation, she regained most of her physical functions, although there remained some concerns about her brain function.  Sadly, shortly after the policy limits settlement of her case, C.N. passed away from an unrelated incident.
